All table booking deposits for the Hopmaster General are £15 per table. One sitting is available Wednesday to Friday and two sittings are available Saturday.
During Tier 2 we offer a basic menu with up to three courses available and prices start from £4.95 (one) up to £10.95 (three). Starter is soup of the day and dessert is cheesecake of the day. The balance will be payable on arrival. If your total meal spend is under £15, the balance can be spent on drinks during your visit.
Please note maximum stays of 1.5 hours for a main meal, 2.25 hours for two courses and 3 hours for three courses, in line with council guidelines. This is on the basis that you are purchasing alcohol during your visit. The consumption of non-alcoholic drinks does not require the purchase of food and you can stay up to closing.
By placing this booking you are confirming that the persons in your party are from the same household/bubble.
Each table generally caters for up to four persons. If you require seating for up to 6 people please email us via email@example.com to ensure you are seated at the correct table.

All mains come with chips. Add £2 for soup of the day and £2 for cheesecake of the day. Please note at present, due to limited kitchen facilities, we are unable to offer alternatives. We will however continually review our menu going forwards and adjust as we can inline with customer feedback. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire on childrens choices.
The Hopmaster General’s continued viability relies on reservations being honoured by our customers and as such please note that we require 48 hours notice to honour any refunds due to cancellations. You can however transfer your reservation to a friend or relative at your discretion with 48 hours of your booking. Please advise us if doing so such that we can update the booking details.
