Description
The use of oats is common in modern hazy beers, and some would say they are an essential ingredient to lend a creamy mouthfeel. With that in mind we wanted to see just how many oats we could cram into an all Citra IPA. Weve turned the oat dial to 11 and used over 55% oats in three different formats to maximize the creamy and fluffy textures. Double dry hopped with loads of Citra for that familiar citrus, tropical fruit juiciness that we love.
