Overflowing with citrus, passionfruit and peach flavours, we have added copious amount of Galaxy hops to this Hubble Bubble Pale Ale. The malt bill is subtle with the cheeky addition of some rye malt to impart a spicy background note that perfectly compliments the star of the show; the Galaxy hops. These Australian hops have a bold tropical flavour which have been given pride of place in this sessionable 4.1% beer.
