Jalfrezi:
The Chicken Jalfrezi is a spicy, colourful curry. A delicate spicy sauce with lovely fresh tomatoes and peppers give a wonderfully fresh flavour. Succulent Chicken that is marinated in our Tikka spice blend just adds to the flavour of the Jalfrezi. This curry has a lovely kick that doesn’t overpower the delicate flavours that lie beneath.
Lamb Rogan Josh:
A combination of intense spices and a rich tomato based sauce give this Rogan Josh a great flavour. Add that to the Slow cooked Lamb Shoulder that melts in the mouth and it results in this awesome curry. This curry packs a punch and is a firm favourite with the Bombay Brewing Club.
Vegan Masala:
Our take on the most popular British Indian Restaurant curry, the Tikka Masala, but this time for Vegans to enjoy. Using a rich spiced tomato base this gives you even more flavour of what you know and love, but this time healthier and using roasted Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash to add to the dish. We use use Coconut Cream to give the curry the thick creamy texture and that subtle coconut flavour.
